“I think it's still set up to have the Republicans keep the Senate and the Democrats to have a narrow majority.”

Claim: Republicans will keep the Senate and Democrats will win a narrow House majority in the 2026 midterms.

Evidence. Repeats his 2 Oct prediction (AIA-20261002-16). At recording, prediction markets favoured Democrats in both chambers (Jason cites about 68% for the Senate and 92% for the House on Polymarket).

Rule (auto): Accurate if Republicans hold a Senate majority (50+ seats with the VP tiebreak) AND Democrats win the House with 230 seats or fewer after the 3 Nov 2026 election; same thresholds as the signed-off rule for AIA-20261002-16. Partial (one chamber right) is Misleading, explained in Notes; False if both are wrong.

What the markets say

Chance Palihapitiya's call comes true

Market: Republicans hold the Senate and Democrats win the House. The markets price who controls each chamber, not whether the House majority is narrow (230 seats or fewer).
